this is a great setup. There is also a fantastic store will all kinds of groceries, sweet treats, apparel, and anything you might need for your stay. The sotore also has a small cafe that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The broasted chicken is excellent and you can get it to go on the boat. The campground is forested with pines and sits lakeside. Most sites have views of the lake, and some are spectacular, especially site 34 and 35. There are three campground loops, all with paved roads and dirt pads. All Loop B sites are reservable, and about half of the sites in the remaining loops reservable while the others are first come, first served. Some sites are quite unlevel, so check site specifics carefully when booking. All sites have a picnic table and fire pit and are spacious with nice privacy from neighbors. Potable water spigots (threaded) are available around camp, but there is no designated fill or dump station here. Friendly camp hosts who also sell firewood are located in each loop. Day use areas along with boat launches are available. The campground closes in winter due to snow.
