This small RV Park with just over a dozen sites is located in historic Glenn's Ferry, Idaho, named for Glenn's Ferry that ferried wagons and goods across the Snake River during the Oregon Trail days. Today, this small town is rather run down and has a few shops, a museum, a state park, and The Crossings Winery. This RV Park is affiliated with the winery and is directly across the road and adjacent to the winery's golf course. Gravel roads and pads, small grassy patios and hookups are in each site. During our stay at the nearby state park, we visited the winery and only a handful of RVs were staying here. We preferred the amenities available at the state park. With the winery in such close proximity, comes the availability of wine tasting, a gift shop, restaurant, bar and some beautiful scenery. If your sole purpose is to visit
The Crossings winery, than this might be the better option for a quick night's stay, otherwise, I'd recommend Three Island Crossing State Park less than a quarter of a mile away. I do not think reservations are taken, however you should have no problem snagging a site.
