Candlestick RV Park, San Francisco, California

This RV park is appropriately named as it is just across the street from the old Candlestick Stadium. During our visit, the stadium was being torn down. Gated in, this asphalt park spotted with a few trees here and there is located in a run down area of town, but we did feel safe and comfortable during our stay. The park was quite full, reservations are recommended, and space is definitely tight here. Sites are just wide enough to get your rig in and slides out. There is no patio space. Amenities are limited to hookups, laundry, a small convenience store, and, the reason for our stay,
shuttle service into San Francisco. There were many international travelers here during our stay and the shuttle was quite full each trip in and out of the city. The shuttle drops you in Chinatown, convenient to the cable car system and all of the attractions of the city. We found the shuttle to be just what we needed to get in and out of the city during our two night stay. This quiet park is the perfect place for you to stay while visiting all of the attractions of the city if convenience is you priority.
