We have always stayed at the Oasis RV Resort in Las Vegas and been very pleased, however we always like to try something different, especially if it looks like it might offer as nice of an experience. So, we opted on our last trip to Vegas to stay at the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort. We were meeting family from out of town and knew we would be spending most of our time off the resort site, so if we weren't happy with our stay, we wouldn't be around much to be bothered. Well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this class A only, lush resort with ownership sites. Over 300 sites spot this tropically landscaped area of desert. Just a mile or two from the Strip, it offers a quiet getaway where you almost forget the hustle and bustle of the strip is
not far away. Sites are laid out in a spacious manner offering privacy via landscaping. Sites vary here on the owner's design: Some are standard, some are labeled as "premium" with or without a "build-out." We weren't sure what that meant, but upon arrival to our standard site we observed sites around us that had permanent outdoor living spaces built onto the lots, all done in a classy and tasteful manner. For our short stay, the standard site was perfect, but had we been spending more time at the resort, we probably would have opted for a premium site that an owner rents out through the main office when they are not occupying the property.
Along with full hookups situated so you can either pull nose in or nose out at every site, the resort offers curbside trash pickup, five pools and seven spas, a beautiful 9 hole putting course, a substantial clubhouse (they were preparing for 4th of July activities when we were there), pet exercise area, fitness center, laundry facilities, mail services, bathhouses, and a 50's diner. The front office staff in the welcome center were very professional and accommodating, setting up a car rental for us through Enterprise. We were impressed with this 24 hour guarded and gated community and definitely will stay here again!
