Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA, Leavenworth, Washington

This KOA in Leavenworth is one of three RV parks or campgrounds with close proximity to the charming Bavarian Village that makes Leavenworth so popular! We chose this KOA over other parks in the area because of it's woodsy grounds, grassy sites and pool. Summers here are hot, and winters bring snow, so the pool was an especially nice perk to enjoy when not in the Village. Typical of a KOA, interior roads are paved, sites are either grassy or gravel pads and the amenities include: pool and spa, gift shop, convenience store, laundry, restrooms/showers, bike rentals, dog park, cabins, hayrides, game room, pancake breakfasts (fee), summer movie nights, common fire pits,
a snack bar featuring ice cream and coffee, evening hayrides, tubing, a covered pavilion, wifi and a free shuttle that transports you to and from the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth several times each day. Campsites are also typical of a KOA; closely spaced offering a picnic table and hookups. Fairly wooded and scenic, this KOA rated as one of our top KOA stays and had recently received the "President's Award" that is annually given by KOA itself. Set in a quiet, wooded area along the Icicle River, we found this place to be a great place to spend a couple of nights. Nearby Leavenworth is the reason most folks are here, which is a cute Bavarian Village featuring shops, handmade pretzels, Bavarian music, delicious Bavarian foods, the Icicle Brewery and many festivals throughout the year.  During our summer stay, it was difficult to get a reservation only a few days before our arrival, so sites do book up early, especially on festival weekends.
