Nestled just outside of the quaint small town of Sisters, this RV resort is really closer to Sisters than its bustling metropolitan neighbor, Bend. Formerly a KOA, this resort is truly that, an immaculately maintained resort with manicured sites, clean facilities and friendly staff. During our stay we took full advantage of the resort's amenities which include a pool, spa, BBQ area, playground, basketball court, miniature golf, dog park, laundry, gift shop, convenience store, DVD rentals, pond, and beautiful bath houses (nicer than some hotels!). Spacious and well-appointed cabins are also available for guests. The staff here makes you feel right at home withtheir friendly, yet professional demeanor. All sites and interior roads are paved and offer full hookups (50 amps) and picnic tables, while some sites offer a beautiful overlook of the man-made pond. During summer months this place fills up quickly with several festivals and events in Sisters, just a couple of miles up the highway. During one weekend in June, a rodeo is held at the facilities that border the RV resort's property. We were lucky enough to have a nice conversation with the maker of our RV, Bob Tiffin, during our stay. If it's good enough for Mr. Tiffin, it's definitely good enough for me!
