Mammoth Mountain RV Park, Mammoth Lakes, California

Located at the portal of Mammoth Lakes downtown area, this quiet RV resort offers a convenient location to access public transit, the ski resort and all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. During winter months, the RV resort only offers partial hook-up sites that are located on the asphalt area (due to snow!), however in summer months, the park nearly doubles in size with tent-only sites and additional full-hookup sites beneath shady pines. We stayed at this park during the winter months and found its location to be exceptional! With a free public bus stop at the entrance of the park which takes you directly to "The Village" and the ski lodges, we were not reliant on a car or driving in snowy conditions. Sites in the
asphalt area due provide some scenic views despite being slightly close together. During summer months, we would definitely opt to stay in the more heavily wooded area of the park that closes during winter. Campsites offer fire rings, picnic tables (in the summer section only) and partial or full-hookups. Group tent and tent-only sites are also available. Not only does this RV park offer awesome public transit accessibility, but it also has plenty of options for activities at camp: a heated indoor swimming pool and spa, playground, horseshoes and a rec room. Two laundry facilities, showers, cabins, wi-fi, cable TV and a small store with basic necessities.
