This recently opened Class A resort has stunning views of the valley below! Set atop a bluff in Mesquite, Utah, and conveniently located near the I-15, this resort is restricted to RVs ten years or newer, and preferably Class As, although several high-end 5th wheels were occupying sites during our stay. Many sites back up to a man-made waterfall pond while others offer spectacular vistas of Mesquite. Sunrises and sunsets here are unbelievable with 270 degree views.
Amenities are truly of resort status: workout room with equipment that overlooks the mountains, common upscale BBQ and picnic area, volleyball court, TV lounge, pool table, putting green, residential-
quality laundry facilities and full hookups in both 50 and 30-amps. The only thing missing here is a pool to cool down during those hot desert summers Mesquite experiences. Some sites are owned, while others are still available for purchase/use. Some sites still available for purchase include plans for haciendas next to your pad that can reach as large as 1100 square feet for those desiring a more "residential" feel. Fairly level gravel pads and high-quality picnic tables are available at each site, while some sites are nearly "double wide" with large gravel and grassy areas. Nearby a Super Walmart, gas station and various restaurants provide adequate supplies and necessities.
