Settled along the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, this campground is a beautiful place to set up to explore one of nature's finest creations, The Grand Canyon. The pine tree riddled camp offers paved pads, spacious sites, campfire rings, laundry facilities, a gas station, general store, gift shop, cool summer evenings, a nightly ranger program, and of course, access to the canyon. There is a wonderfully scenic 1.2 mile hike from the campground to the great Grand Canyon Lodge which offers a saloon, deli, restaurant, bookstore, visitor's center and another gift shop. Some sites along the perimeter even offer rim views. Reservations are your best bet for snagging a spot here, especially
during summer months. The campground does close during winter months due to snow and usually opens in May. At night, enjoy the star studded skies in this International Dark Sky Park.
