This RV park is more of a run down, urban trailer park full of trailer homes, a few permanent RVers and the occasional traveler. Although it has the potential to be a beautiful, upscale park, it misses the mark with overgrown grassy sites with no paved or gravel pad, an undesirable pool, run down laundry facilities and sewer pipes that overflow when you dump (and leave toilet paper remnants behind to prove it). Some sites back up against the pond, which is pretty, while others are tucked under the trees. A neat pedestrian trail is one block to the west and provides access to the marina and views of the bay. Ozona is a
quaint little, one block town just footsteps away where you can have
lunch or dinner. We found a better resort option just about fifteen miles away at the Bayou Bay RV Resort in Oldsmar.
