This campground is the farthest from Twin Lakes of the few surrounding campgrounds, but it too is set along Robinson Creek which has fabulous trout fishing. There are 35 sites here which span across the main road leading from the nearby town of Bridgeport to Twin Lakes. Sites are not as nicely prepared as Robinson Creek,
Paha and Crags Campgrounds which have fairly level, paved sites. About half of the sites are along the creek, and those are the ones to get! Bears, deer, and other wildlife frequent the area, and this campground, like the others in the area, open late spring through early fall due to heavy snowfall during the winter. Summers are busy here, so snag a reservation early to enjoy this beautiful, high altitude
setting!
