North Campground, Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah

What an interesting place Bryce Canyon is! North Campground is located within the National Park and is a great, central place to stay. The rim of the canyon is along eastern edge of the campground. Just a few steps from spot 58 and you will have awesome views of the canyon and also be on the Rim Trail. There is a free shuttle bus operated by the National Park system that stops at North Campground and will take you to the Bryce Canyon Lodge, Sunset Campground, and the Bryce Canyon Visitor's Center, where you can find a lot of
information about the canyon. The campground is nicely shaded with pine trees and is in stark contrast to the barrenness of the canyon. There really is no bad campsite here as they are all spacious and provide lots of room between you and your neighbor. The General Store is set at a spectacular viewpoint along the rim and is loaded with gifts and supplies, including pre-made sandwiches that can be eaten in the covered patio area. Note that in Loops C and D no generators are allowed.
